Cougared.com is 1 year old!

Happy Birthday to us! We turned 1 on October 10, and what a year it’s been. I’d like to say a special thanks to Sean, the very first member who joined on October 11 ‘07. Little did he know but he was joining a dating site with zero members. Needless to say he never logged on again.

Also I need to thank SexyMomma4U, the first cougar to join (October 13). At that stage there were 12 guys, not too much choice but for her, but at least now we had a dating site that comprised members of both genders.

Fast forward to today, exactly one year on, and we have a total of 11,527 members.

We’re just delighted that you guys have joined in such numbers and helped to make it such a cool online community for the cougar dating scene.

Along the way, special thanks go out to some of the members I’ve had the pleasure of chatting to.
