Remember a few weeks ago we launched a competition to find a new slogan for Cougard.com? Well we had some great entries from site members and it was a real tough one to pick a winner, but I’m pleased to announce the winner is Lulu from the UK who came up with the line:

“Where the women are older and bolder”

We thought that was a pretty cool slogan and the Amazon gift vouchers are on their way to Lulu. But the more we thought about it, the more we realised that one of the best things about the web is that unlike a magazine it’s totally interactive and always evolving. So we decided we are going to have a rotating slogan that changes now and then just to make it a bit more interesting, so look out for that.

Happy Birthday to us! We turned 1 on October 10, and what a year it’s been. I’d like to say a special thanks to Sean, the very first member who joined on October 11 ‘07. Little did he know but he was joining a dating site with zero members. Needless to say he never logged on again. (more…)
